Tequila is a legendary spirit dating back to the Aztecs who first fermented the Agave plant. The spirit is made from the blue agave plant, primarily surrounding the Mexican city of Tequila, and surrounding highlands and lowlands located in Jalisco, Mexico. There are three main classifications, Anejo, Blanco, and Reposado. Anejo is aged over 1 year, Reposado is aged 2 months - 1 year, and Blanco is typically un-aged
